My husband and I have been managing our own vacation rental properties for nearly 10 years, and that experience is what inspired Frances Rae. I know firsthand how much care, time, and attention it takes to create a successful rental while protecting a home you’re proud of.
I intentionally keep Frances Rae small so I can stay personally involved with every property I manage. From guest communication and pricing to cleaning, property care, and the little details that are easy to overlook, I know what’s happening in your home.
My goal is to give your property the same level of care and attention I’ve always given my own, while creating a wonderful experience for your guests and helping your vacation rental succeed.

I make sure your home looks its best online, with great photos, thoughtful descriptions, competitive pricing, and listings designed to attract the right guests.
Taking Care of Your Guests
From the first question through checkout, I stay connected with your guests and make sure they have someone they can reach when they need help.
Keeping an Eye on the Details
I stay closely involved with your property, coordinating cleaning and maintenance and paying attention to the little things. If something is missing, damaged, or simply doesn’t look right, I want to know about it.
