I know firsthand how much goes into owning and managing a successful vacation rental. Since managing our properties starting in 2017, my husband and I understand that your home is more than a listing. It’s something you’ve invested in, worked for, and care about.
That’s why I stay personally involved in every home I manage, taking care of the details, supporting your guests, and helping your property perform while giving you one less thing to worry about.
We believe it’s the little things that can turn a good stay into a great one. We make sure our homes are thoughtfully stocked with the comforts guests appreciate, quality coffee to start the morning, a well-equipped kitchen with everyday essentials like olive oil, spices, salt, pepper, sugar, and more, and bathrooms stocked with nice hand soaps, lotions, shampoo, and conditioner. These aren’t just conveniences; they’re the little touches that make guests feel cared for and at home. We want our guests to arrive, settle in, and have everything they need without having to make a trip to the store. It’s this extra attention to detail that guests notice, remember, and rave about, and it’s one of the reasons they choose to come back again and again.
I intentionally keep Frances Rae small because I never want your home to feel like just another property on a long list. By working with a select number of homeowners, I’m able to know each home personally, stay on top of the details, and be there when something needs my attention.
